Hello all. October is upon us already. After my last trip out in September, with 2 heavily laden SD cards I set about to download them, so plugging in the first card my computer checks for bugs first with that all OK, I click on the folder and instruct it to transfer to a designated folder, and one last click of the mouse to say go, and shock horror I get the message ‘not enough space for the files’…..WHAT the !!!! I have a 4TB hard drive there must be a mistake, try again I’m thinking….click the mouse and hey presto….same flipping message. OK let’s look at the properties for…

Hi all, welcome to the Chairs Blog, I hope you enjoy this read and possibly gives you some encouragement to have a go at something out of the norm. So August brought some clear skies at last, keeping an eye on the moon phases and how clear the sky was, resulted in myself popping to Reculver one evening, well it was actually at midnight, to have a try at getting the Milky Way. Ross Cup Competition Results
Today at the Ross Cup Competition We came joint 10th (out of 24) with Faversham and Park Wood. We were only 1 point below Maidstone who are a very good club so we did well. Last time this event was run we were second from the bottom so a big improvement. Sad News – Chris Shore
It is with great sadness that I have been asked to inform you all of the passing of Chris Shore, our Life Vice President, Past President, Judge and friend, on Monday 15th July.
